Hmmm, how could I describe these. Well, I'm not sure if caramel is correct. It tastes more like coconut, looks like a caramel, but no it tastes like coconut. It's also a little softer than your average caramels. When I bit down, I went through it like it was a soft nougat. I'm not really sure if I liked it that much. I'm not a big fan of coconut, so I don't know if I would go nuts over these. Having said that the taste is subtle, so I didn't hate it. I'm not sure though, I think there might be little bits of coconut in it, but since its all mixed up with the caramel it's hard to tell. I can't say it was the best treat in the world, but it's nice to finally try something from South America.
