Extra "Peach"
Wrigley's |
I figure this review is going to take a while. Not that
I plan to write a novel; I just know calculating the chew time is going
to be a bit of a time taker. The marketing people who came up with the
name "Extra" are no liars.
I'd like to say that this is a new and interesting review for me, but
to be honest I've been a fan of this particular flavour of Extra for many
years now. I love the stuff. I can't say why, but I do. It sure doesn't
taste like real peaches, but it's got that nice fake peach flavour down
pat. That, and the fact that it does last a while made it a staple in
my diet through college. I guess I'm saying I like it, and I have for
a while. The only downfall is it doesn't do much for your breath and the
bubbles it blows are pretty sub par.
Quick fun idea: rent the movie "James and the Giant Peach" and
give everybody watching a piece of this to chew while you're watching
it. It's the closest thing to smell-o-vision I've ever had.
