Skittle Cookies

This treat is a nice mix with two different textures. The cookie is crunchy and the 'Skittles' although a little hard is still chewy. Cookies generally lend themselves well to fruity flavours so the 'Skittle' flavour is not that bad. The only thing I noticed is that the 'Skittles' got a little bit harder than usual. I'm glad in this case that there was only one per cookie. If you put in too many, it could hurt the jaw.
