This might be the moment I officially declare that they've gone too far with the whole versioning of chocolate bars. I'm saying this without having tried it yet. I'm also saying this knowing full well that chocolate and strawberry do often go well together. Maybe I should shut my mouth and try it... well I can't shut my mouth and eat it but I think you know what I'm talking about.

So here's the deal. It smells like strawberry, boy does it ever. But really, at first when you bite into it you get nothing but Kit Kat. It's another case of the bar taste really overpowering the added flavour. Rather than finding a creative way to mix it, they just added a strawberry flavour to the chocolate. There is a strawberry aftertaste, but it's not that great. It tastes a little like strawberry Nestle Quick. Not one of my favorite drinks.

I just can't figure out why you would want to make a Kit Kat strawberry flavoured, but to put it out and not really do it well is even more mind-boggling. I'm not saying that I could figure out a way to make this taste combo work, but I just think it could be done better than this.
