So what happens when the Candy Critic wants a break from the normal world of Candy? I'll tell you what: I walk into a shop, take something off the shelf and eat it, then I write about it and hope that whatever it is I just ate was actually food.

This particular treat is just such a snack. Sure, it's not really candy, but it is a treat; and as long as they can call Lucky Charms a cereal, I can call this candy. The best way to describe this treat is sort of like crushed Life cereal, only a little saltier. It doesn't have that overly sweet coating Life cereal has, and that's good.

The little sticks feel kind of funny when you crunch them because they kind of melt in your mouth as you eat them. This may, in fact, be the first not totally unhealthy treat I've ever reviewed, but what are you going to do?
