Tomato Pretz

Now I've tasted Pretz before and I have to be honest that the idea of putting tomato and Pretz together freaked me out a little. Pretz are kind of sweet like short bread and last I heard short bread and tomato don't really work. Well maybe they do, I mean short bread and fruit are great together and the tomato is a fruit.

My first reaction after biting into this snack is nope not a Pretz. The shortbread flavour is just all gone, this taste more like a bread stick. Now having said that I'm not disappointed at all, I was getting a little nervous about this crazy combination, but I have nothing to fear at all. These are pretty good, particularly if you're looking for a salty snack with a bit of a difference. Although it does taste a little tomato like, I have to say that there must be a few spices thrown in too, it's a little bit like tomato soup or even like a lightly spiced tomato sauce.

There are three more packages in this box and I think I might try dipping them in stuff, not sure what but I think these might be a great ordurve for all of your social events.
