How
many types would you need.|

How many flavours does one bar need? With the international influence more and more I'm seeing chocolate bars coming out with variations on their already classic format. Some of these changes produce great results. The Kit Kat Chunk is a great bar and hopefully will stick around for good. The Aero Peppermint is one of those variations that has lasted, and for good reason. Having said this, sometimes company's get a little crazy with these variations. Rather than change a classic, they might want to focus on creating something new. Most of the time the variations are all the same; give it an orange flavour, make it with dark chocolate, etc. This to me says that the candy companies are lazy. I guess both of these ideas contradict each other. It would seem that sometimes change is good and other times it's kind of ridiculous. Just remember, keep trying new things because candy is more than just a sugar coating. On the left we see an example of mass variety from a single good idea. Although all of these bars aren't bad, most of them are not really that creative. |
